New "Paint" Schemes
As usual, the Daytona 500 gave the teams the chance to show off their new "paint" schemes (since most of 'em are actually wrapped now). I was mostly interested in seeing how my man Gordon's new colors looked (and Stewart's, to a lesser degree). I like that Jeff's look managed to make the car look more professional but still maintain the flames. Love the addition of black to the color scheme as well--makes for an overall more menacing look, in my opinion.

Feel free to post pics of other new cars' schemes, or comment on the ones I dredged up.

Yeah, but he has got to keep that black, or at least go a very dark blue – everyone likes intimidating paint jobs/wraps.

I agree. I like the way his new car pulls off the black and the flames. More intimidating than the light blue he’s been running, but still very cool (for lack of a better term).
