Hello all.

What is wrong with 48 winning? He paid his dues and was patient when his role was being a team driver behind 24, for what seemed like forever. I’m glad to see him having success!

I’m new here, but loved Winston Cup (that’s right) racing for many years. I was lastly a 3 fan. His death created a void in NASCAR that I don’t think will ever be filled. I pull for Jimmie now, but not like I did for Dale Sr.

Looking forward to the new season.

No problem with Jimmie winning – look at the pciture it is his teammates trying to get him distracted so they can win.

I too was a 3 fan and I cannot invest in another driver as much as I did with Dale. People ask me who my favourite driver is and I honestly can’t answer them – really I can’t – I’m just a fan of the sport now. And you are right about the void, it still hasn’t been filled yet.
