Plan for Nascar track in ny

I am proposing a proposal for a Nascar track/ concert stadium on the site of floyd bennett field in queens with ample room and far away from any homes it is the perfect site for a track in NYC
On the South East side of the site
My opinion would be to build a track like bristol with its coliseum style design it would be perfect also as a concert venue.
Which would make it easier to be appoved by the city counsel.
The Floyd Bennet Control Tower first floor could be converted into a ticket office and NY State Car Racing hall of fame.
+ you could build a boardwalk on the east side of the track facing the water and a new park to boot
Also if there is enough room you could build a themepark to replace coney on the north east side

as soon as I saw NYC, I said
No, because you can only run there in the summer and that’ll be a waist of money. Why do you think they only go though warm tracks when November comes? The tire will never grip the road and the race will take twice as long as Taledega. Oh, and one more thing, this has nothing to do with NASCAR, or my point, Mets suck GO BRAVES!

but NASCAR tried and failed to get a track in NY and now that the year end awards banquet is gone to Vegas I son’t see NASCAR taking anymore interest in NYC – but then who am I really? You should send along your idea to Ramsey Poston of NASCAR he’s a good guy and I know he’d forward it along to the powers that be
besides there's a track in New York state
Watkins Glen. can’t remember where but it’s in NYS
