Kevin Harvick led 187 of 250 laps Saturday at Martinsville, and there was no other way to describe his performance as outright dominant!  Harvick started on the pole with his number 2 Chevrolet Silverado for his race team KHI (Kevin Harvick Incorporated).

Harvick will also start on the pole come Monday thanks to Mother Nature raining out the race and qualifying, as Harvick looks to sweep the week!

Ron Hornaday, driver of the number 33 Chevrolet Silverado, finished in 2nd place after managing to get around a late race dustup with Johnny Sauter.

Speaking after the race about the incident, Hornaday would later say, "I don't know if he got into the curb or checked up or whatever, but I got into him pretty good, It was a tough day. I hate to see that, but Johnny's all mad, and that's what truck racing's all about."

Todd Bodine, the Camping World Truck Series point leader coming into Saturday’s race dropped to 3rd in the points after his 30th place finish due to overheating.

I’m a member of the Kevin Harvick Fan Club, so this is just gravy for me. Harvick should really run Trucks full time, he’d be unstoppable for the title. I look at Joey Logano in the Nationwide series, he runs great, but he still hasn’t raced a full Nationwide schedule. I’d love to see Mark Martin in the Truck Series.

He could pull a Klye Busch this year!

And lead NASCAR in total victories, no reason why he can’t do it
